re-examine lifetime appointment.

I'd counter argue that the supreme court can act as, and possibly best acts as, a brake of sorts to extremely rapid change.

In my ideal set up, the most liberal to the most conservative groups would be ordered:

House, most liberal, then
Senate, then
White House, and finally
Supreme Court most conservative
