I am asking for justification for doing it. Why is it necessary?

Spare me your convoluted semi legalese, semi coherent, and mostly stupid explanation for why it is legal.

Please defend if you can… If you dare, the reason that the court must be expanded.

Be advised and please understand, that you will make an ass of yourself attempting to do this. That has never stopped most of you before.
