they are doomed to fail (family and cultural failures), not only do they personally fail, but they leave so many victims in their wake...illegitimate children, baby mamas who have any hope of a future derailed, victims of crime, and every tax payer that foots the bill of their incarceration, social programs, higher insurance rates, costs of security, policing etc.
