Really that is just a bunch of over emotional drivel. He died and outside of his Friends and Family it matters not. The 3rd Rock keeps on spinning, and life goes on.

People die every day from neglect and mistakes made in Hospitals. Mistakes kill people hourly in a lot of professions and a Pound of Flesh is not demanded nor should it be. Most on job accidents that take a life are mistakes and rarely do people do jail time for backing into and killing a construction worker etc.
