Clearly he can't figure out that A well regulated Militia is necessary for the security of a free state, COMMA...Full stop....the right of the people to keep and bear arms, Comma full stop shall not be infringed. SO clearly you can't infringe on a Militia or the People and their right to bear Arms. Not complicated but the Radical left makes it so.

That was clearly the intent....People can form a Militia with the Arms they have the Right to Bear, or they can just Bear Arms.
