Anyone who does not submit to police commands and force is open game for being shot....then it's a court matter to see if it's justified or not. Bottom line is some garbage was taken to the heap which is good.... the worse part is the Officer now on some BS technicality will have to do time for a mistake I'm sure she regret's and never wanted to happen.
