The situation we have now is like the fox guarding the hen house. This separate system would be for people that do not work with them on a regular basis.

Different investigators, different DAs, different judges....although the laws need to be changed as well.

Will it happen..probably not..just my thoguhts.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
