Skip to 7:20 in the video. He makes an extremely compelling case...
(1) Chauvin was following police procedure. Tucker shows the page from his department's training manual (including illustrations) which Chauvin followed precisely.
(2) Floyd had *3 times* the lethal dose of fentanyl in his system, according to the ME and autopsy report. He also had high levels of methamphetamine, an underlying heart condition, and was COVID positive.
(3) Floyd was yelling "I can't breathe" long before Chauvin placed a knee on him, indicating that he was already in the process of dying from an OD.
(4) The medical examiner concluded that there was "no evidence Floyd died from asphyxiation" and that it "would be ruled as a fentanyl overdose [under normal circumstances]".
The facts show that Floyd would have died of an overdose whether Chauvin's knee was there or not. And the timing isn't coincidental. Floyd took an (unknowingly lethal) dose of fentanyl so cops wouldn't find it, then suffered a textbook OD in terms of symptoms and duration. Unfortunately for officer Chauvin, who was following procedure, it *looks* like his knee on the neck is what caused it... and for that reason, he will undoubtedly be sacrificed to the mob. Just as the medical examiners were pressured to rule the death a homicide instead of overdose, the jury will feel intimidated to placate the mob.
Meanwhile, the Floyd family gets a $30 million settlement from the city's taxpayers.
