this is true. $millions, maybe. Most of the USDA budget, over 89% is directed at food stamps and various other poverty focused nutrition programs. Don't know if you have paid attention, but the Xiden* Admin is forcing mortgage lenders to forestall foreclosure on loans to AA farmers. The USDA has installed a reparations or affirmative action program to pay off their debts plus 20% (120% of the loan) to right past wrongs wrought by USDA against them. Apparently, the Admin us claiming without evidence that black farmers were excluded from full participation in USDA programs.
