pays people for not working.
Our government will cancel all student loan debts,
our government gave billions of farmers because they are black.

Revenue has nothing to do with it. Our government is broke.

This is the model that really really really stupid people use who can’t understand why the minimum wage can’t be $100,000 per year for an 16 year old high school kid from a wealthy family, or a derelict who sweeps the floor if and when he show up to work.

What does revenue have to do with anything?
