"there are too many black girls” employed by the athletic department.
Use some common sense. If there were evidence to corroborate such a boldly racist remark, it would be known by now (12 years later).
It also doesn't seem remotely plausible that Les Miles, who coached mostly black athletes, would have told a black female AD employee to her face that there were "too many black girls in the AD" and that she needed to fire some.
And now, in 2021, she's suing for $50 MILLION based on those claims. It's a thinly veiled opportunistic attempt to extort a large settlement amid the current political climate at LSU. The timing is not a coincidence.
LSU's lawyer nailed it in his statement:
“We are disappointed that a 20-year employee, who has received several promotions throughout her career and currently serves as Associate Athletic Director, is now filing a lawsuit against the university,” LSU lawyer Winston DeCuir said in an email. “Following the press conference by her counsel, we believe that this lawsuit is an attempt to take advantage of the situation for personal benefit.”
In other words, you're a gullible fool if you actually believe her.
