WOW you know exactly what happened just by reading an article about it. No need to talk to witnesses or review documents or video or audio evidence, no need to learn the facts-- just ask Zounami because he knows it all. Sad. The suit may be BS but no way to know without due process. Most of these suits are unsuccessful. Some result in multi-million dollar settlements or verdicts.
Fortunately the end result will depend on the facts and not pre-judged conclusions based on conjecture and assumptions.
