the belief that blacks are too damn lazy and can't think for themselves
1). Too lazy to request a mail-in ballot
2). Too lazy and dumb to know how to mail that ballot in
3). Too lazy to bring food and water while standing in line to vote
4). Too lazy and dumb to know when an election is, and failing to register to vote 5 weeks prior to said election
