in the Olympics. Also took second in the world championships losing to another Russian. He also beat Retheford in the world championships despite being past his prime at 32.

His brother won 2 olympic gold medals for Russia.

I don't know the details of how he became eligible to wrestle for Bahrain but it did happen.

                         Because he couldn't make the Russian team - same as - alstl MU - 4/9 16:55:52
                              I doubt very much USA Wrestling would let Cox do that - tigerman81 MU - 4/12 09:28:43
