both an athlete have a heritage and be a national of the country they want to compete for, and have to wait for 3 years after their last competition for their country of origin. There are some exceptions of course.

Pretty sure J'Den isn't mexican. At this point the best he can do is start focusing his attention on the next World Championship.

                         Because he couldn't make the Russian team - same as - alstl MU - 4/9 16:55:52
