NY and DE election laws more strict than GA's

GA: 19 days early voting (DE has 0, NY has 9)
GA: No excuse absentee ballot allowed (DE and NY require an excuse for a mail in ballot)
GA: Secure drop boxes for mail in ballots (DE requires voters to mail in absentee ballots)
GA: allows voters standing in line to receive food and drink outside of 150 feet from polling place. (DE allows nothing to be given to anyone in line to vote (no matter how far the line stretches from the polling location)
