"how can the bible possibly be wrong"? The preacher's logic was wouldn't there be thousands of books and letters from people who were around that time and were discounting the miracles? There has been thousands of years since the bible was written yet there aren't millions of books and letters disproving it, so it must be true.


I'm sure the people who had a differing opinion on the bible or proof of falsehoods for most of the last 2000 years were accepted with kind and thoughtful discussion and just politely disagreed with, not murdered or anything.
