Cuonzo resorting to his conservative approach to basketball. Mizzou had 1 guy that could play above the rim(Tilmon), & 1 guy that could create off the dribble (X) against SEC teams. mOST sec TEAMS HAD 2 OR 3. This was a Big 10 team playing in the SEC.

Conservative approach is why leads evaporated. Team got lead playing a faster pace & then Cuonzo goal became just win this game and team went to walking the ball up the court killing time while running offense(failure). This allowed oppositions to get back into game and overtake team.
