The government will need to put a tracking device on the car to accurately record the mileage. It will be recorded precisely, it will not be embellished or corrupted in anyway. This is the government we’re talking about.

And of course, there is no way or reason for the government to track where we are, how long we have been there, and where we are going. That would be against the law.

So they won’t do that.
