both FB and BB every year about eight of the top ten come from STL and a couple from the rest of the state. With that much talent in the area STL should completely dominate the state championships. They do have more than KC or outstate but not significantly more.

I know East STL is solid but still most of the STL talent is on the MO side. In the KC metro three of the largest school districts are on the KS side of the line. Mizzou FB has been pulling a lot of talent from the Blue Valley district for years.

I'm saying that without a doubt STL has more athletic talent by a wide margin, it should equate to more dominant programs.
