during a Poli Sci class and was told whites can never be a minority, even if the population of Caucasian is less than all other races, they could never be considered a minority. So minority laws will always and only apply to Native American, Asian, Hispanic, & Afro-American people even if they out number white, that struck me a little, WOW, to say the least.
