instead of a speeding ticket.....which by definition meant I squealed my tires..how do you fight that..do you admit you were speeding, and then get that ticket? Apparently, both the fine was lower, but it did not go on your driving record, so by fighting it, it would end up worse.

Also one town I lived in, they could give you a state speeding ticket, or a local speeding ordinance violation that was dirt cheap if you paid for it within 24 hours.

It is amazing all the tools that are used out there for different purposes.
