St. Thomas states what he believes the Natural Law includes preservation of life and continuation of the species he also defines other laws not germane to this discussion.
Rothbrad doesn't appear to attempt to define what reason leads to other than life, liberty, and property. Which he further limits to MY life, MY liberty, MY property, none of which touches on the fact that mankind is social in nature and as such MUST live and act in social settings.
