of my name and Aquinas. The only time he’s come up in relation to Rothbard was in one instance. Chapter One of The Ethics of Liberty. In the chapter Aquinas his name pops up five times, three of which are quotes from other people. Rothbard is addressing the criticism and detractors of natural law/rights that natural rights must be linked with theology, a view that Aquinas himself did not share and himself argued that man is rational and can reason.
