it's unforgivable to keep shooting when your shots aren't aimed directly at the basket. Most young players practice shooting with hundreds of reps. Getting the ball on line is the most important thing.
Some of the college players have incredible muscle memory. I'll bet Mark does too, in practice. So, in games it must be a mental thing.
I wonder if Cuonzo has 3 point contest-like drills. Repeat that motion time after time until it becomes automatic.
