was St. Louis getting $456 million and has only had revenue shortfalls of $90 million. And this isn't a KC-STL thing because I'm on the STL side of that one and grew up there. Makes one wonder what the other $366 million is for and how much of that is happening all across the country.
This is probably the most mislabeled and misleading spending plan ever authorized since 1776. And we're just asking China to bankroll it so we can be further in their debt.
All that was needed was about $500 billion in direct aid to the people that really need it. I hope somebody is keeping track of all the superlatives they are saying this bill will do so we can throw it back in their faces when it does none of that. Reducing child poverty by half? Yeah right, give me a break.
