This year is a perfect example of that.

Niether kU or MU look to have NBA talent to me...maybe a guy or two who bounces around on 10 day contracts for awhile but no NBA starter or even role player in my opinion.

kU is going to finish 2nd in a better league, MU is going to finish 7th.

Rosters are similar, kU was struggling and self found a way to turn it around. CM didn't.

Coaching matters just as recruiting does.
