simple yes or no question about what is in effect in reality today. Something you all like to come back to when talking to pickle or ashtray. And yet, you can't answer a simple yes or no question.

As for your question, ownership gives me a legal right to that item. There are many ways that I can regain possession using my ownership of the item. Without ownership, I will never possess or be compensated for that item ever again.

Now, care to take a yes or no stab at the question?
