but the number of games this season like Saturday's where the team had a decent lead - at home no less - and just couldn't finish the game indicates a coach that doesn't know what to do when his first plan doesn't work. Is it a lack of being able to make adjustments or a lack of understanding of the game or clock management? I can't say. Even if it's a lack of talent on the team, after all these years, that's nobody's fault but CM. But it's fairly obvious that at this point in his career CM is not what I would consider a winner.
