Surgeon General. My annual physical (at taxpayers expense, thank you) was conducted at the University of Missouri hospital in Columbia. Dr. Wayland McKenzie ran the program. Masks, including surgical masks do not prevent spread of airborne viruses.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
