he "cost us the game". I don't know if it's because Frank Haith and Mike Anderson coached him or what, but I think there is a significant part of fanbase who don't give Phil enough credit. I think he's our best PG ever but I am willing to concede he may only be top 3. But he dominates our record books for most steals and assists in games and set the record for most assists and steals in a career in only 3 years. He was an a amazing talent.
