could not state with clarity it wrong and would always be wrong. You waffled and equivocated and made up false issues with age.

My saying 9 year olds shouldn't be able to smoke doesn't mean I think the age for buying smokes should be 10 or even that there is a certain age that should be the point at which it is allowed. It simply means I know with a certain clarity we should not have four year old kids buying cigs. That isn't hard.
