I made clear I would support payments to those who could demonstrate and prove damages caused by the unilateral demands of the government over businesses, but I was not sure what the mechanism would be to do that well. And I stated it would be a challenge. But if they could do it I would certainly support such payments. I never supported the framework of the CARES Act and made that clear.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
