1. There is a simple solution: Two divisions in sports: Women, and Open. Women's division is open to anyone biologically female at birth. Open division is open to anyone...and will likely be dominated by males.

2. Transgender people are human beings and deserve basic respect and to be treated with kindness. However, it's a mental illness. It does nobody any good for anyone to participate in the delusion that comes along with this particular (or any particular) mental illness. Denying or refusing to acknowledge someone's mental health issue is counter to caring for that person.
