wishes to compete and {insert name} - for anyone who was born and remains female.

The competitive balance is retained and no one is forced to compete as a male who does not see themselves that way.

But in reality that is how it already is. Any girl can compete on a guys team if they so wish. This is about marginal athletes who have discovered that by switching to the girls division they can now compete for championships.
