At least there is some merit to attacking South Dakota as their numbers are bad in terms of cases/deaths per population. I couldn't care less about that crap, but at least you could make an argument that policy has made things worse from a Covid perspective.

I'd take Noem's policies in a heartbeat over most governors, because a virus spreading like every other virus has spread in the history of the world doesn't make me an emotional wreck.
