Way too long, drawn-out, slow for my tastes. I do agree with the 20-minutes that you mention. You know. because something actually *happens* during that section.
Don't get me wrong, I am not some 14-yr old short-attention-span kid with A.D.D.. I love many movies with very little action, as long as they are intellectually challenging and engaging. This one juts doesn't do it for me.
As far as Brando's performance - I don't get the accolades. Could have plugged Kevin James in there and you have the same movie.
