and giving them skills. That is why they have low wage entry level jobs...build the skills and grow from there. Many businesses even pay for specialized education...which is a great win win....Let the businesses decide whether they decide to fund or now...although at the end of the day, it is businesses that are paying for our over priced colleges as well.
