All of my employees make more than $15/hour.

If this is passed, the buying power of my employees based on their current wages will go DOWN.

My employees, and job candidates for positions I'm trying to fill, will begin to demand higher wages.

I will either have to raise prices, hire fewer people, or hire less outstanding people at lower wages in order to remain profitable at all.

Who wins in this situation? My employees? My customers? Me?

Answer: nobody.
