Would you provide an rationale for saying that only colored people get reparations when there were crackers who were treated equally badly, equally unfairly and had similar conditions to colored people?

I am not suggesting that the compensation be equal to the decedents of slaves, but tell why similar treatment (not exactly equal treatment) of crackers and colored people should be ignored with only the colored people entitled to reparations?

Equity?
