It is a mindset that advantages the lawless at the expense of the lawful. It explains and excuses away criminal behavior rather than dealing with and eradicating it. It rewards situations where people refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. We have seen this in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, NYC, etc. over the past year.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
