1. Companies will hire fewer lower-paid employees if minimum wage is $15/hour. But they'll still have to hire some.
2. Costs will go up. Maybe not completely commensurate with labor/wage costs, but close. That $15 won't go as far as it used to. And this will be for everyone, not just the $15/hour earners.
3. The future middle class will be limited. With no or fewer minimum wage type jobs, how will the future middle class gain skills necessary to earn a living once they're older?
4. Unemployment will obviously rise.
