I'm only pointing out that 'free speech' only protects you from consequences from the government (as interpreted by SCOTUS). You, me and every American citizen does not have a right to a facebook or twitter account. Just like we do not have right to being employed. Arguing that you have a right to a Twitter account goes against American liberty and years of constitutional interpretation.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
