You can argue that not starting any large scale war is good, but he had troops fighting in dozens of countries and tossed hundreds and hundreds of billions to the graft waste and fraud of "defense".
The racism, bigotry , intolerance, anti science anti fact anti Americanism of the GOP is what enabled Trump. Trump did not lead the GOP to it
