I would support payments to those directly impacted by the negligent (in my view) actions of the government in shutting them down if they can demonstrate damage. The framework of providing money to businesses as long as they use this for employees and business expenses is the best means, but it needed to have a framework to demonstrate damage and amount.

This has nothing to do with stimulus discussions or payments that have taken place as this would not be stimulus.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
