Anyone who would shoot a policeman who had just walked up to the passenger window of his vehicle after pulling him over is obviously a danger to the lives of others.

If he got away, that danger to others would clearly still be there.

If they had a roadblock ahead of him he would be less of a threat to escape.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
