viable properties. Nordstrom is due to pull out of Oak Park Mall in the next year as it is building another facility elsewhere. Losing another anchor tenant will probably put the final nail in the coffin.
Youths can't congregate in packs without creating disturbances, committing vandalism, or otherwise disrupt the peaceful activities of others. Add to that the other criminal element looking to commit crimes of theft, armed robbery, and car jackings and it doesn't bode well for Independence Center and Oak Park
