I never said that "government restrictions haven't restricted capacity."

The problem is the pandemic - restaurants aren't going to be at capacity until it has passed. Restaurants that aren't near capacity don't last (again - there's an average 5 year life span.) Whether they're at 70% or 50% - they're not going to make it, a local government limiting their capacity merely expedites their closure - THE PROBLEM IS THE ****ING PANDEMIC.

How is the restaurant industry in South Dakota - they should be thriving, right?
