10 yrs in prison for illegal streaming! In covid relief bill

You know it's bad, when even cnn mentions it.
Looks like someone got paid bigtime in congress to put this little turd in covid relief bill.
Why? Because it's not likely to pass on it's own.
I do not condone stealing of intellectual property.
That being said, 10 yrs jail time will be used by lawyers for intimidation, and threats to shut down any site without the money for lawyers like amazon, google, netflix, hulu, etc..
It's great that govt put people out of work, and now wants to make sure they pay to be entertained by dem donating tech firms.
