StL = 2.8 million people and 80% of it is in MO
MO = 2.2 million people and 60% of it is MO
Simple numbers game at that point, if you're looking at Missouri recruits only, StL has about a 2.2 million population in MO, KC has a 1.4 million population in MO
STL has almost double the Missouri population to draw upon
